Yes!, it's true! We ship worldwide!

We take 7-12 business days to process your order after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 7-12 business days for orders to process as everything is handmade at the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships.  We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided. If your package is returned, not delivered or lost because we were given incorrect shipping info IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REACH OUT TO USPS/UPS AND FILE A CLAIM ON THE PACKAGE. We are not responsible for you giving us incorrect info, do double check your address when you check out. 

Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know your or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address or a friend's address).

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. As a general rule, orders may require 7-10 business days for processing and three (3) to five (5) business days for shipping, therefore, If shipped via UPS Ground/Home or United States Postal Service (USPS) it can take approximately 4-8 business days from the date your order is shipped to delivery of your merchandise, absent extenuating circumstances. SK is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring by reason of delay or inability to deliver caused by acts of God; severe weather; war; common disaster; fires; strikes; curtailment of SK’s operations; delays in delivery of material or goods by suppliers; imposition of governmental embargoes, regulations, price limitations or controls; accident; delays of common carriers; or from any other cause which is unavoidable or beyond its reasonable control. Any delivery date may be extended, at SK’s option, to the extent of any delay resulting from any such event. Please note that UPS SurePost utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS) for FINAL delivery. UPS will transport your package to your local Post Office causing an additional 1-3 business days for delivery to the address provided.

Our shipping rates do not include any inbound duties and/or taxes that may be imposed by your local customs authority or the customs authority you are shipping your purchase to. Please be aware of the local inbound duties and taxes that are applicable to your purchase to avoid unnecessary delays in receiving your shipment.

We offer FREE Domestic Shipping on orders of $40.00! To qualify, your order merchandise total just has to be $40.00 or more, after your extra savings are applied. If your order merchandise total is below $40.00 then we will charge $6.99.

Tracking Information: You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Original Skin Kulture, and thus cannot be refunded.

We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

Please note that DHL pays on your behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the goods, as soon they enter the country. This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in shortest possible transit time. The goods are released to you only upon the full repayment of any duties and taxes that were paid on your behalf. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice from DHL after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at the destination, plus a small administration fee. 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at sales@originalskinkulture.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

If it's too late for our team to make changes on your order, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.

DELIVERED PACKAGES

If your package shows delivered by usps or ups and you do not see the package. Please check on the side of our home and with neighbors. If the package is not there each out to whichever carrier delivered the items. 

WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS IF A PACKAGE IS SHOWING DELIVERED.

 

 RETURNS

By placing an order at Original Skin Kulture, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Original Skin Kulture. Please refer to our returns policy for further information on how to return your packages. 

UNDELIVERABLE COUNTRIES

Please note that we do not ship to Albania, Algeria, Indonesia, Kosovo, Martinique, Morocco, Nigeria, South Sudan, Tunisia.

If your package was returned to us because you failed to give us correct shipping info or is usps/ups fails to deliver and you do mot make immediate arrangements with them to hold the package for pickup and you request a refund. You will only be able to receive the refund once the product is safely returned to us in its original unopened packaging. We will not refund the shipping charge. NO EXCEPTIONS!
