Refund policy

This Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through the website OriginalSkinKulture.Com. Because of the nature of the products we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will need a photo od the damages as well as the packaging slip. NO EXCEPTIONS.  If you have not selected the shipping insurance we will not replace or file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to the nature of the products.  

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER SOAP BARS IN THE MAIL BOX, THEY CAN AND WILL MELT. WE WILL NOT REPLACE THE MELTED SOAP. IF YOUR SOAP MELTS A LITTLE YOU CAN PUT IT IN THE FREEZER TO HARDEN BACK UP.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges due to the nature of the products.

Returned packages

If your package was returned to us because you failed to give us correct shipping info or is usps/ups fails to deliver and you do mot make immediate arrangements with them to hold the package for pickup and you request a refund. You will only be able to receive the refund once the product is safely returned to us in its original unopened packaging. We will not refund the shipping charge. NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

Subscriptions

Original Skin Kulture provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service. Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products until you cancel your subscription. Taxes and shipping fees may apply. Subscriptions are set for a minimum of a 3 month delivery before you are able to cancel. After 3rd shipment, you may cancel at any time without incurring cancellation fees. If you plan on canceling make sure it is cancelled prior to the next shipment processing or that order will be valid. Canceled subscriptions are canceled the moment you login and cancel it but you will need to be sure the next payment is not already processing. 
It is your choice to sign up for a subscription as you have to manually select the subscription box. It will never be automatically added to your order.
